Cristal (Renato)
Age: Looks 19 Gender: Male Species: Spirit |
Height: 5'4" Hair: Dark red Eyes: Brown |
Based on the idea that creations that are made with love and heart poured into them by their creator would then be given a soul, a life. Cristal was a life-size glass sculpture, formed and molded by a creator in memory and in the image of the sculptor's brother.
In the beginning of his "life," Cristal was called Renato, after the deceased brother of his creator. As long as his creator lived, he enjoyed this name. However, as a spirit, Cristal is immortal, and to him it wasn't long at all before he lost the only family he'd ever had, and his creator passed away.
After that, he gave himself the name Cristal. Since, he's lived countless years, made countless friends and loved ones, and cherished every one of them. But in the end, they all leave. Cris carries them around in his heart still, and doing so there is a certain sadness to him that isn't easily hidden. And despite the consistency of loss, he will never give up on those that are mortal, or on love.
Cris is kind, compassionate, though with easily frayed nerves and always an initial hesitance to open up. He may pretend to be human upon first meeting someone. I will also play him as Renato, the human he was created in the image of, if asked. Their personalities are much the same, though Renato has more zest for life and a desire to be stronger.
